Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Artemis Consulting Services Corp, a Florida corporation located at 6671 West Indiantown Rd, Jupiter, FL 33458 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Company owns and operates mikereadings.com and the Mike Pace brand. Please read these Terms before using our services.

1. Definitions

• Service: the website mikereadings.com and everything offered through it or under the Mike Pace name, including sessions, readings, coaching, monthly plans, books and other digital products, the Notes from Mike Pace newsletter, and the Instagram account @mikeseekspeace.
• Sessions: intuitive readings and life coaching conversations booked through the Service.
• You: the person using the Service.

2. Acceptance and age

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy & Data Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Nature of the services

Sessions offer intuitive insight, perspective and coaching for personal reflection. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment. Mike Pace is not a licensed physician, therapist, attorney or financial advisor, and nothing in a session, book, newsletter or post should be relied on as such advice.

Psychic and intuitive readings are provided for entertainment purposes only. Intuitive readings are subjective. We do not promise or guarantee any particular outcome, prediction or result. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. Testimonials on the site reflect individual experiences, and your experience may differ.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States) or call 911.

4. Booking, payment and sessions

• Sessions and monthly plans are booked and paid for through our scheduling provider, Acuity Scheduling. Prices are shown at the time of booking.
• Sessions take place by phone. We will call you at the number you provide when booking, at the scheduled time. Please make sure the number is correct and that you are available.
• If you are not available when we call, we will try again during your scheduled time. A session we cannot complete because you are unavailable counts as a missed session.

5. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

• You may reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice, using the link in your booking confirmation or by emailing mike@mikereadings.com.
• Sessions are not refundable. This includes sessions that have taken place, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed sessions.
• Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time to stop future charges. Payments already made for the current period are not refunded.
• If we need to cancel a session, we will offer you a new time or a full refund for that session.

6. Books and digital products

Books, workbooks and other digital products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Because they are delivered instantly, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once delivered, except where the law requires otherwise. If a file does not arrive or will not open, email us and we will fix it.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product. You may not copy, resell, share or publicly distribute it.

7. Newsletter and messages

If you join the newsletter, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Free guides and resources are provided as is, for personal use.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including text, books, worksheets, graphics and the Mike Pace name and logo, is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission, except for sharing links or brief quotes with credit.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by harassing us or others, submitting false information, attempting to access systems you are not authorized to use, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

10. Third-party services and links

The Service relies on and links to third-party services such as Acuity Scheduling, Gumroad, beehiiv and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow these disclaimers, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, employees and representatives, including Mike Pace, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on a session or our content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees and representatives from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, will continue after termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you live outside the United States, you keep any mandatory protections of the laws of your country.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If these Terms are translated, the English version controls. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. list of prohibited parties.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Changes apply to bookings and purchases made after the effective date.
