This Privacy Policy explains how Artemis Consulting Services Corp, a Florida corporation ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses and protects personal information through mikereadings.com and the Mike Pace brand, including sessions, books, the Notes from Mike Pace newsletter and our Instagram account @mikeseekspeace (together, "the Service").

1. Information we collect

Information you give us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, subject and message.
• Session bookings: your name, email address, phone number, the session you choose and any notes you add. Sessions take place by phone, so we use the number you provide to call you.
• Newsletter signup: your email address, and your first name if you choose to give it.
• Purchases: your name, email address and order details for books and other digital products.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or Instagram direct message, including keyword replies that trigger an automated message.

Information collected automatically: when you visit the site, we and our providers collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site, using cookies and similar technologies. Our newsletter provider also records whether emails are opened and which links are clicked.

Payment information: we do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are handled directly by our scheduling and checkout providers listed below.

2. How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, conduct and follow up on your sessions.
• To answer your questions and messages.
• To deliver books, guides and other products you request.
• To send the newsletter and related emails you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To protect the Service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

3. What you share in a session

Sessions often involve personal matters. We treat what you share as confidential. We do not publish it, sell it or share it, except where the law requires us to or where we believe someone is at immediate risk of serious harm.

4. Service providers we use

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for the purposes above. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy:

• Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace): session booking and payments.
• Gumroad: book and digital product checkout and delivery.
• beehiiv: newsletter signup, delivery and email statistics.
• Google Analytics: website usage statistics. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Hostinger: website hosting and email.
• Instagram (Meta) and SuperProfile: Instagram messages and automated replies.

5. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics and to make embedded tools (booking, checkout and newsletter forms) work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, for example to keep a record of your sessions and purchases, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, by emailing mike@mikereadings.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Age requirement

The Service is intended only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other sites

The site links to other websites and services, such as Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or sent to newsletter subscribers.
